SOME
PROPOSALS FOR THE WINTER
Winter
has come, but it
would be wrong to think that this is a bad season for
food. Cabbages and cauliflowers, broccoli, savoys, chicories,
pumpkins,
artichokes, all kinds of citrouses, a lot choice. Winter is also the
best season for great soups and creams. Hot and tasty, soups and creams
can be as good a choice for the first course as classical pasta and
rice.
Finally, with the cold season, we can afford few Kilocalories more in
our dishes ! Here are some proposals for menus to be prepared at your
home.
