THE CHEF:
My name is Paolo Delmastro, I'm a Private Chef offering a home
cooking service. I'm not simply selling food, but all my passion and
experience. When necessary, I come with equally enthusiastic
collaborators.
MY COOKERY:
My cookery is pretty italian. I use fresh, seasonal and
preferably
local ingredients. I prefer simple cooking techniques and balanced
menus, and every 2-3 month I build some menus to propose, suitable for
the current season. You can find them in the MENU
section. These are simple suggestions, because in any case I will try
to respect the tastes and needs of the customers, excpecially when
dealing with allergies and intolerances.
WHERE DO WE WORK:
Our "headquarters" are in Lainate, near Milan, but we can
also move in Lombardia, Piemonte, Veneto.
